Camp G 1/5/09
Last night I (C.T._Emrie) was commander during a Camp G assault. I was on the EU side. Things started out nicely, we held them at Harbor for a while until a small group made a break through to Central. They capped the flag and ran for ruins. I called for 2 squads to break off Toll defense and try to clean up the PAC mess driving into our back areas. They were able to recapture Central and ruins but not before they PAC guys ran us out of our EU base. The front areas started falling as my team tried to recapture the EU base. At one point we held only ruins and the flag was looking like a pogo stick with an ADD 10 year old riding it. That flag went up and down so fast and so many times I could feel the breeze. We finally managed to get a solid hold on ruins and I had a team move back north to try and capture Harbor and Toll. Several attempts were made to break through the PAC held areas but they finally took Harbor. That apparently ticked off the PAC commander because they left toll pretty much undefended and we took that back too. The battle went back and forth for what seemed like forever. Feeling the end was near I looked up and lo and behold the tickets stood at 1/1. Suddenly the last ticket on my side dropped to zero, when it did I almost screamed as it was so freaking close.

That was a great round! We broke thru and as my squad was capping Central I ran to Ruins, while they where capping Ruins, I ran to EU. We kept fighting and moving until we had EU. Then we held. We actually sent the Walker from the main to Harbor and Toll by himself to cap those flags while other fighting was going on.
Truly a great round and Great commanding on both sides!

I love ionpig-A's "Idea" on minsk (1/05/09); we capped frontline it the first minute! and held them of at Hill till the last tickets. What Great squad work that was.

That was some great squad work, if I had a screenshot I'd write it up. Man what an awesome round! You guys really stuck together and dealt massive damage!
