AAR: 3/4 12:30 am - Belgrade - Infantry turned Anti-Armor Squad
I was getting in some late night play time with some great guys. We had just come off the huge standoff at Gibraltar and it was time for a much needed comeback. I started up a squad and had 5 great guys join up. It was time for the plan. We layed out the basics, we would be a close combat infantry squad ready to kick anybodies butts who got in our path. The round started and I jumped in a jeep and headed to com tower. Once there my squad spawned in and we took the flag with little to no resistance, from there we went far east and wiped out a squad on our way to pond. Once we arrived at pond we took the flag to be ours and started to set up a defense. No sooner had we gotten the flag up though, and we started to lose the back flags. We hightailed it back to playground to help neutralize the threat and then returned to our position at pond. What we were met with was a very bothersome enemy APC and Tank. Instead of backing off and calling for reinforcements I had the squad start to spawn Engineers as they went down. For the rest of the round we had 5-6 engineers in the squad at all times. We neutralized the enemy armor at pond and then split into two fireteams and effectively stopped their armor from getting to the battlefield. It was a hard fought and awesomely fun round. I'd like to say thankyou to all the guys in my squad: TheUrit, Lucidic, TomdaSlaya, Global.Cooling, and G-House. They all did a great job as working together and having fun. Great Job Guys!!!!!!

Nice to know that people are willing to take on those vehicle jerks to let us little guys skip around the jolly meadow. It was also nice playing with/against you today.

That was a sweet round. We held off the armor so our troops could do their job. Eroak + Tank = Scary. I know once I took a round in the face. And that APC was very bothersome, but we managed. It helps to have a good SL for this kind of specialized action. Way to go everyone!
