Fast Cerbere
2 full 21st Squads on PAC.. Ukeleles led by me, 21Gravy led by Buriu. No commander.
Ukeleles and 21Gravy did a clown car rush. There were motion mines, but we were able to eject near Roadblock and neutralize roadblock. Ukeleles diverted after it was neutralized in order to cap the command center quickly - before the flag became problematic. 21gravy came up to assist when we ran into resistance. Nothing too difficult - we were able to cap the flag.
Ukeleles diverted from Command Center, leaving 21Gravy to defend (enemy forces were still present, including SLs). Three infantry neutralized church, three infantry neutralized command center. We headed up to neutralize Roadblock.
Ukeleles moved up to assist in sweeping command center. 21Gravy had a few bottom spawners who capped the flags completely (and probably to make sure the bottom was secure)
What worked? Neutralizing flags.
We saw an opportunity to end the game quickly - all of their flags were undefended. To simply neutralize all flags would have the same effect.
This would only work if all enemy forces were preoccupied with a difficult task. Command Center is a very hard flag to take - it takes a long time to cap it, is very vulnerable to nades, etc. Furthermore, I was confident that all enemies were on the flag.. since there were 12 people, I assumed there would be 2 squads. I saw blips on the roof, and I saw blips on the ground level. Roughly 4 blips per grouping.Last edited by Fruvous; 08-12-2009 at 04:01 AM.

Re: Fast Cerbere
I was on EU: the team was almost all TG-tagged, and was horribly disorganized.
I joined the game 2-3 minutes in, and half the people (TGers) weren't in squads. No mines were down, no IDSs in any of the squads, no PDSs, and no organization. It felt like everyone was waiting for someone else to lead, to do something.
It was a very disorganized team, and I'm not proud to have been a part of it. From my point of view, it didn't feel like the 21st did something extraordinary: it felt like our team just had no direction and no purpose.Fight!
