I'm sure this thread is going to get moved or deleted soon, as it should be brought up directly with the admins. But, I will post my thoughts anyways.
The uncap, from my understanding, is supposed to be a safe place for people to spawn without worry of being knifed. If you are trying to blow assets, I would suggest focusing on that instead of engaging the enemy infantry. It sounds like you knifed the commander, who obviously did not engage you first. I would say that was a mistake on your part. I view being allowed to go into the enemy uncap as a privilege, and there are very strict rules to follow when doing this action. Knifing unknowing people falls outside the parameters of allowed actions.
Also, from my understanding admins are MORE strict on regular players and |
TG| tagged folks that do not follow the rules. Being more experienced on the server is not an excuse for breaking the rules, nor a gateway to leniency.
Why do you want to play on the
TG server? Is it because stuff like uncap camping and knifing of commanders is forbidden, so people can focus on team play and the like? Were your actions hampering or promoting said team play? I feel they were hurting it, and if you step back and view it from that angle instead of asking for a rule change so that you can run around and freely shoot people in the uncap, you will see it in that way too.
