Smile Friday Night Titan - 12-1

Had some fun rounds, played 4 or 5, and was nice to see the server Titan server full! One round it was a bit lopsized as the teams were not numerical balanced but the others were full. I think I squad led twice and we won both rounds, thanks for the good squad play. I get less lag on the Titan server now which is a good thing, perhaps since I changed my settings to medium so the game was running mostly smoothly.

Perhaps we can dedicate two or three nights to Titan specifically?

I'd like another night!

My power went out just as the night was getting started... Of course, the moment it comes back on (or when I noticed), the server is empty. Stupid freezing rain and sleet...

Re: Friday Night Titan - 12-1

That was indeed fun. Sometime after 10 EST is when I joined crotious' squad, and we kicked major behind. The only other name I can remember was YoPimpBulletBackstop, but I'll never forget that silo defense, on Verdun I think. Right off the bat, we ran out to silo 4, the northernmost silo, capped it, and the violence started. I swear the enemy tried to take that silo in force for at least half the round, bringing up armor and dropping in on beacons everywhere. We held, and that was probably the most fun I've had with this game yet. The only downside is that through that entire defense our order was set to attack that silo so no one got defense points, but for me that was a small price to pay. I wish I'd recorded it for posterity it was that good.

Re: Friday Night Titan - 12-1

I SLed a Learn TG squad for multiple rounds, then got disconnected and rejoined into Reader's squad for a round or so. I've been getting at least one infiltrator pin a round, so don't stand still for too long .

On another note, the EA Downloader automatically downloaded EA Link and installed it, and BF2142 kept telling me to install the new patch, which I did through the EA Downloader. When I started the game up again, it told me the patch wasn't installed . After playing with that for a few times, I just downloaded the .exe patch and that worked fine.

I hope it was on one of my good rounds Acid . I had a good time playing before the numbers dropped to about 15-18 per side. Then it's to hard to hold silo's and attack the Titan . On a more positive note I used my Eng AA kit and had lots of fun shooting people out of the sky

I'd like to see at least one or two nights where the Titan server is full. It's nice to switch things up a bit.
