2/16 Gibraltar, AKA Why Ammo points are good.

Hilariously fun round of Camp Gibraltar. We (The PAC) had all the CP's up to Central Camp, and the EU just kept rushing from Ruins. I don't think I've seen that many rockets and grenades fly. EVER. I ended up with a ridiculous amount of teamwork score almost entirely from ammo points. My squad did great, and even followed orders. Amazing!

Great job guys.

Oh and curse you Urit. You stole my gold medal I hate you.

I got 289 career points. 137 Bonus points, 1 combat eff badge (5 pts). Rawr.

Also: I'm in ur comm chair, stealin ur gold medal.

Good trick though. Cap Central, then just defend there and kill em as they come in. It gets you past the meatgrinder at the toll/central dividing wall and lets you rocket the snot out of em. Props to Lokis for leading a perfect toll rush on foot.

I've seen this Ruins / Central meat grinder fairly often now. It's turning into the new Karkand river standoff.

Every frigging flag is a meat grinder on Camp Gibs. EVERY ONE. It's still a fun map.

That's part of what makes it so fun, after all. Once the PAC breaks through (by now on TG its essentially gotten to the point where its a toss-up as to whether or not the PAC will breakthrough Toll....no longer fairly certain that they'll be stopped cold), you never know where the main meat grinder will be, or where it'll shift to.

I say that for the NEXT 2142 internal scrim, we play camp gibby for the main two rounds. That'll really show off both side's ability to effectively employ adaptive tactics at both the squad and team levels.

Haha, NICE. I don't remember that exact round, but I do seem to remember getting pretty creamed on Gibraltar a couple-a nights ago... I don't think our team was very organized that round...
