    Concr3te's Squad Action #2: "Smooth!"

Hey, I'm back again. This time the video shows a nice and smooth breakthrough and Command Center defense on Cerbere Landing.
Recorded on the Squadplay All the Way server. Enjoy and keep your eyes open for the next episode, which will probably be recorded on my new PC so that's gonna be some nice graphics

    Nice.

Wish I could record, but I'm getting this really high pitched feedback with FRAPs. It's not loud, but it gives me a headache.

Great video. You make good use of the "spotting" button. Thats something I have to work on.

I wonder if I can alias "Keydown Q - Left Click - Keyup Q" to my mouse4 button... That'd do wonders.

Nope, sadly can't. You can macro it with some programs though. I have a G15, and wanna try and set it to a G key. Search 2142 G15 macros or something like that in google, should give you something. I'll post a link if I can remember the one I was looking at.

I tried mapping keys to the Q commands once using macros. It was pretty messy and didn't work well. However just pressing Q and clicking would probably work ok.

    Thanks, I love Metallica
In reply to Urit, why would you want to map q+mouse button, I can click that in a split second - just takes a bit of practice
