Discussion: Battlefield 2142 / Battlefield 2142 - After Action Reports - Warning To All (First BR Attempts) - Lately some unknown mysterious events have been occurring, mainly around Tunis Harbor and Verdun. People

    Warning To All (First BR Attempts)

    Lately some unknown mysterious events have been occurring, mainly around Tunis Harbor and Verdun. People have reported random deaths occurring from unknown sources. I have been able to track down some video footage of theses mysterious events to warn y'all.

    Tunis Harbor

    At sometime during the afternoon of June 11th this video footage was recorded of Pablo randomly dieing from an unknown source. Witnesses were around but were quickly killed by a Walker. Lyramion is being questioned. Concr3te, the squadleader and driver of the FAV in the video footage is currently out of the country and is unreachable.

    Video Footage

    Verdun

    Gunship Pilots have been reporting deaths quickly after liftoff on Verdun. I have tracked down footage of Pablo, accompanied by gunner Concr3te experiencing this event.

    Shortly after the event, Concr3te could be heard over the public text chat, yelling out "WTF", followed by a quick print screen button press.

    Several commanders are in question, but none have been warned/kicked/banned. Concr3te's SS remains the only evidence present.

    I've been meaning to getting around to messing with BR and BD but I didn't want to get into a larger thing so I made these two short clips. I was just going to make them to get used to BR but a few people said I should just post them for fun. Don't take the videos too seriously, contrary to what my comments above would like you to.

    Fraps doesn't like orbital strike sounds.

    Hahaha awesome!

    Before I met TG, I was just figuring out the whole commander thing, and was messing around with supply drops. I realized that since most back flags are capped by a lone wolf, and since most supply boxes tend to drift about 15-20 meters north of where you drop them, I could reliably (although without credit) stop most cap attempts by crushing the guy.

    Obviously not so useful on TG unless you can follow up the SL seeking supply box with a walker drop. Genius!
