Well, just after midnight I joined in and joined with Guardian in a sniper squad. Things went pretty normal for the first bit, then the other half of the third showed up, and we went a-hunting! Held them off a few times with the help of another squad or two, then eventually they capped junkyard. After trading fire for awhile, we eventually recapped and moved towards power station. Over TS there were quite the many sighs and groans of other 3rd players tasting the hot lead between teeth. Sc1ence eventually decided to bite back and spit some Zeller our way and made for some more interesting shooting. Round finished with EU victorious!! Sc1ence then made a comment about our effectiveness: "You guys were doing so damn good it forced half our team to become snipers and we lost because of it!" Always glad we're appreciated!!

Onto PAC round. Started off RDX/APMing the Eastern Docks. Eventually the 21st showed up, and they had a fun flight through the air above the harbor. Re-mining the flag, we started to push more towards the water when another squad began pushing towards us. We decided to play it cool and sly, so we fell back and hit them as they came towards us. Eventually they grabbed the flag, but I didn't notice so stupidly pulled my trigger out and blew the RDX hoping somebody was still on it, think there were about 5 people. Sadly, PAC couldn't pull out a win this time around, looked like there were far too many wanna-bees. Ended on a fun note though sniping Aineslie twice as they took Power back and ended our fun.

All in all, a very good few rounds. Guess sniping can be very effective if done correctly!!
