with the 30 or so beacon spawns that took place in that movie, i cannot find it in myself to believe they could not find the darn beacon. Funny though

I hope this video teaches people not to use beacons. No one in your squad had a positive kill/death ratio, actually Silver had the most deaths out of his entire team.
Beacons = death traps.

Everyone always says that, but heres the thing: if you spin 5 feet away from the beacon in any direction, you pretty much triple your survival chances, plus the chances that the beacon wont be found. The beacon being a deathtrap is a function of player error, not the beacon.

All pod spinning does is seperate the squad making them very inefficient.

Beacons are situational, more so than anything else I'd think. I only use them if we're assaulting a back flag or something far out of the way, and then only use it as a security device, warning my squad not to spawn on the beacon if at all possible. The times I die and pod back in, I'll got and grab the beacon and then move it away from that area if I can.

I don't see how trying to move the pod mid-flight makes a different. It just seems like I move 1 foot.

Hahaha, play on a pub that runs Berlin or other city maps, you'll see.
