There is still a bit of backlog to address. The admins may be working this in chronological order, presenting the more recent campaigns after the backlog is addressed.

Re: MIA/DIG vs. TG Scrimmage

Yes, there will be a Campaign Ribbon issued for this scrimmage.

Unfortunately, issuing campaign ribbons after the fact is a time consuming process - We can't use the sign up threads because there are always reserves being called up to replace no-shows. So compiling a list of confirmed participants means studying through the AARs and slews of scoreboard screen-shots. Aruncado has graciously volunteered to help us compile lists for the following 2142 Scrims:
2007.07.22: TG vs. MIA/DIG (Belgrade)
2007.07.15: TG vs TG (Tunis Harbor)
2007.06.02: TG vs OBC (Old Bastards Clan - Tunis Harbor)
2007.05.06: TG vs TG (Belgrade)
2007.02.17: TG vs TG (Cerbere Landing)
If you were a CO or squad leader in any of these, and have a list of your squad members, please provide that feed back to him. Be sure to include the date, opponent, map, and player names. Once we have the list of names for the scrims, Bommando will generate the ribbon images, and then they will be presented.

(For future scrims, if you want your ribbons faster, be sure to gather documentation about who actually participated - easiest method is a screen shot of the top AND BOTTOM of the scoreboard.)

Love,
Ribbons

I participated in these three. No rush though on getting the ribbons. I'll be sending a PM to see if there is anyway I can help out also.

Re: MIA/DIG vs. TG Scrimmage

Speaking of the other backlogged campaign ribbons...

I am trying to compile complete and accurate lists to help the Ribbons team. Please go here and take a look to see if your name is on my lists for the various backlogged scrims.

Thanks for helping me out!

Re: MIA/DIG vs. TG Scrimmage

Had a chance to watch both those vids. Don't give up the Ganz Waffle! Dramatic improvement once you decided to use the Ganz. If you noticed the score on the second round it was 100 points more than the previous... i attribute it to you using the Ganz and Crux's yelling.

Out of curiosity were you wearing Heavy or Light armor? I noticed you did a lot of running and that made me wonder what you typically wear.

Glad TG decided not to Pod Surf and win with very ligitimate tactics and gameplay. Hope DiG and MIA will ask for a rematch you stomped them pretty hard and they can only get better by having more matches.

Thanks for the vids it was almost like being there.

Oh, I have no plans to give up the Ganz, I was just playing around with the Clark for a while, defense on playground seemed like a good place to give it a shot. And, the SL you hear on those vids is Damonte (who did an awesome job.) Crux was out of town for the scrim and couldn't make it.

My massive 6/3 didn't really do much for the ticket count , but squad 2 held our flag almost the entire second round which makes me happy.

I almost always use heavy. I do quite a bit of running (especially making sure everyone is topped off,) but the thing is that I find myself using that extra armor a lot due to the limitations of the Ganz in CQC. There were several times in both those matches I was down < 20HP. And one time I was at literally 1HP for a while after a rocket barrage until I had to kit swap to an Assault kit to revive two guys. I do have all three sprint unlocks, so that helps compensate a bit.

I'm glad you enjoyed them. I was hoping that there would be some more posted by now, as the support troop doesn't make the most thrilling entertainment but it's the game style I like to play.

None that I know of, but I have heard some considering running an internal TG titan scrim.

Re: MIA/DIG vs. TG Scrimmage

oh that's cool. that'll be fun. i'll be more than happy to run another in the somewhat near future, but i'm moving to LA on the 20th, and law school a week later so for the first couple of weeks I think i need to avoid running things.

Aye, thats me muttering that we need more TG on Titan. I'm gonna start talking to the powers-that-be this weekend to see if we can get something rolling.

Re: MIA/DIG vs. TG Scrimmage

I wanted to participate in this, however I was returning home from a weekend gathering and there was a traffic accident on the road. By the time I got in the door, it was already 9:45 PM EDT and I was pretty much out of luck. LOL
