Fun with railguns.
I'd like to apologize to Eroak and his squad, especially Zohar and Ferris. Was in a bit of a weird mood tonight, and used pretty much exclusively the railgun, and generally it was in their direction. Poor Zohar got shot so many times, I'm not sure exactly why he was able to spawn again afterwards. Eroak and I played a round of "Who can destroy the others railgun first." before I finally got ahold of it and went back to launching un-revivable death!
Tearing structurally-superfluous new behinds with high caliber weapons since 2006.

I really dig the railgun vs. infantry. You have to pry me out when it's time for the squad to move on.

Ya, but for every one time you killed me, I killed about 3 of the rest of your squad and they couldn't be revived :P

yeah I got tunnel vision and was to focused on you guys on that roof. You were easy pickins. But I didn't watch my squad...Bad Eroak! /goes smacks head on wall.

Ya, that was another thing, it was just me on that roof, harassing you into focusing on me. Later in the match, it only took a squad and maybe half of one to take back the flag, and you guys were dug in.
And for easy pickings, I only died 10 times with 30 kills :P

I've only got an infantry kill or two with the railgun. So, any tips? Usually I end up hopping out of the railgun, wasting the enemy infantry with my gun, then hopping back in.

biggest tip i can give you: dont aim up close. you have a much much better chance of jacking someone who is 50m away than you do of hitting the guy who is running toward you with his knife out. if you can spot the people tho are coming for you early enough, you can pick them off pretty easily.
also, a big thing to look for: revives. when you see someone going in for a revive, shoot them. half the time you can squeeze off 2 shots and kill the person they revived too!|TG-6th|Ferris Bueller
