Re: TG Titan Discussion
I too really enjoyed this Titan scrim! It was a long good fight and involved lots of good strategy from both teams. So well done everyone! And thanks to all those who arranged this as well!
See you at the next one. ![]()

Re: TG Titan Discussion
No problem, machowner took over pretty smoothly and continued the strategy of trying to cap empty flags. We eventually got down to (iirc) three members, which meant you'd often see solo members moving in an APC to the flags.

Re: TG Titan Discussion
Great scrim, wish i coulda stayed longer but my laptop battery decided that it wants to die permanently. Those lag spikes were terrible, on the 3rd round this is what happened to me after a spike:

Re: TG Titan Discussion
Still sorry I had to leave after the first round, but hey, Concr3te's awesome landing skills made a big impression on me....and, well, they just left Lorian speechless :P

Re: TG Titan Discussion
2142 Ribbon nominations have been very light as of late. Scrims are a good chance to see your combat peers in action. Did you see anyone that prefromed a duty that amazed you? Do you think someone went above the call of duty? Wright up a nomination about what they did, and why you feel they stood out on the battlefield.
Nominations are voted on by the admin's of both BF series. They might pass and they might not. But we'll accpet anyone's nomination. But atleast let me suggest this, submit more then 2 sentences worth. The more discriptive your are, The better we can make a call of the nominated. If we have no background to base it off of, We'll be forced to vote no. Ribbons forum Make a nomination here

Re: TG Titan Discussion
So true Eroak. I also have noticed the 2142 ribbon presentations have gone WAAAY down as of late. As someone who has submitted more than one nomination let me just say that it isn't very hard. There are a couple great templates you can use in the main ribbons forum. And while the more detail the better as Eroak says, it doesn't need to take you 30 minutes to write one up.
This is a part of TG that I have never seen anywhere else but it depends completely on us, the grunts. So get your arse in gear and nominate someone that deserves it.
