Re: Hello from MonkeyGamers -[MG]-
Yh, these guys are defo very good at teamwork. I mean, they used to be called Squadplay, you can't get more blunt about your style of play than that. I played only once or twice in their squads, but they were very well organised, and were always the squad that managed to those back flags first.
If you make a scrim I'll be kicking myself, (or maybe I'll just slit my throat, much easier) as I won't be able to play (I've said that so many times I'm even getting on my own nerves) and these will have members from my 2 favourite BF 2142 communities. I doubt I'd get a place anyway, as I'm not an SM...but I wish everyone a good time (if this scrim does happen)

Re: Hello from MonkeyGamers -[MG]-
Yeah guys a scrim would be cool , but would pose a lot of ping problems. But yeah if you feel like a game pop into our server ,mini Tunis and Verdun are great maps, and 8v8 can be pretty intense sometimes especially when its two organized squads facing off.

Yh, I dno if other you Euro guys have played the Yorkshire lads 24/7 camp gib 16 player server. Strategic play, with intense bursts of play, as opposed to a chaotic, fumbling, lagging, glitching , orbital striking, nade and rocket spamming deadlock.

Me and Concr3te have visited a couple times, and Jakaleel also came, it was fun, although you need a script to kick walker users, people were using them loads.

Re: Hello from MonkeyGamers -[MG]-
Well I don't really mind that (plus it's against the EA rules of engagement), but what I did find annoying is that, from what I've seen, the MG guys tend to stack up the teams alot. And I've also seen a number of guys bunnyhopping, but considering there aren't rules about that, I guess I'll just have to accept that.
Apart from that, I love the 16 player maps, Verdun is great, Camp Gibraltar is as well and so is Tunis 16p. So it's definitely a nice server, but I won't be able to visit much more because Call of Duty 4 is only a few days away from release ![]() |

Re: Hello from MonkeyGamers -[MG]-
Rofl, don't worry, we'll most likely going to get a CoD 4 TG server up so you'll see me over there, no doubt
![]() Oh and that -rep, wasn't that when you just joined TG and started challenging Bommando? Lol, I had to be in a bad mood back then. |

Re: Hello from MonkeyGamers -[MG]-
Also good for some US players who happen to be up damn early and don't want to wait for the conquest server to seed. (I had an odd schedule of classes last semester)

Re: Hello from MonkeyGamers -[MG]-
I've asked Anospa to maybe try to organise a scrim against MG. I think they could be a good challenge for TG and we have a lot of new 2142 members that would love to do a scrim i think.
Details about which server, ping and such might stop the whole thing though, so we'll see. If Anospa can't, maybe someone else? I can't organise my own deskspace at work even, so i'm out.

Re: Hello from MonkeyGamers -[MG]-
I'll do my best, but at the moment I'm fairly busy with real life duties. I believe Zoraster tried to organize a scrim with SP awhile ago, but ended up falling through at the last moment for some reason or another.
I'll do what I can, but definitely need some help on this one.

Re: Hello from MonkeyGamers -[MG]-
Cool man!
I think it failed last time because of time trouble for the SP'ers. A scrim against MG will be good fun!
