Request for assistance please
Howdy,
I was playing on my favorite BF2142 server one evening--i usually play in the evenings--and I accidentally tk'd someone. I'm very sorry about that. After the transgression, I was momentarily stricken with remorse and began scrambling for cover so that I might regain my composure and continue on with the digital-battle. It was at that moment that I noticed at the bottom of my screen that I'd been punished for said tk. I'm so sorry that I tk'd you! It was a complete and total accident, ok? FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Personally, my policy is to always forgive the person who tk's because 99% of the time it's purely an accident. Don't you people think so too? Isn't it logical to think that the vast majority of tk's are NOT INTENTIONAL?!? Do you really think I'd kill my teammate on purpose? Let's get one thing straight...I'm pushing 40, a professional (engineer) and an army vet--I don't tk on purpose. Along time ago I was labeled as "passive aggressive" by the navy (the navy wouldn't take me but the army would)...and I suppose a just a little bit of that came on to me as I began to immediately tk the "punisher" over and over again as I yelled out load for my elderly neighbors to hear "you think i did that on purpose? Here's one on PURPOSE! DIE! DIE! DIE! BLOOD! BLOOD! BLOOD!" All the while, another teammate keeps reviving the "punisher" without fail (pumping up his score-per-minute). Needless to say, but I was immediately kicked. And now, after all that drama, comes the fact that the powers that be saw fit to banish me from my favorite BF2142 server. I'm here to respectfully request that player "UneasyRay" (PID: 108988527) have his server rights reinstated. I sincerely do apologize and promise that I will not go off in a blind rage and tk someone ever again. In addition, I've been thinking about joining a group of dedicated digital-soldiers in order to expand into a more competitive realm--I'd really like to get involved with some league play, etcetera. I was in with a group called Ahriman Corps, but they don't have near the organization and history as TG. I've checked out the TG web-site (yes the required reading too) and I'm very interested in becoming part of the Tactical Gamer BF2 and BF2142 squad. I play daily, I am mature and I'm a soldier. I look forward to your responses into these matters and to joining you once again on my favorite server in the very near future. Sincerely, UneasyRay Last edited by UneasyRay; 12-05-2007 at 12:30 AM. Re: Request for assistance please
I really did spend a lot of time checking out TG's web-site and thought I had covered everything before posting this message. Obviously it wasn't enough as I now notice the STICKY outlining how to address being banned. The post is a combination of request for unbanninasion, a rant on team killing followed by the tossing of my hat into TG's recruitment ring.
