You can't earn points for unlocks on an unranked server. You can turn on ALL unlocks though.

Actually, I don't think that is possible either. You can turn on all earned unlocks, but not all unlocks. The options in 2142cc allow you to specify the top level of unlocks you want to allow on the server.

I do believe there is an option to unlock all. I'm positive from experience when we had a server going, our lower rank members were able to use all of the unlocks even though they were not at the highest level.

Edit: Btw, it is possible to get a vehicle-use kick-script, I've had it happen to me before

In fact I'll be on my way there in about 20 minutes. I'll seed it too if no-one is there since the 21st are mainly Americans, and they won't be on yet and I also need to practice with my new mouse. This dpi will get some taking used to, and empty server will be handy to test out basic manoeuvring, and a small amount of players should ease me into playing again after ages. Oh man I've missed my sweet sweet 2142

I'm currently on the 21st server.

Probz my location and terrible graphics card (which is why I'm trying to get a new graphics card) means I'm slightly laggy. Anyone wanna join me and get my knife skills back up to scratch? (no pun intended)

edit: After exiting XFire it has improved.
