Re: The Player Name Pronounciation Thread
Well a lot of people seem to get my name wrong as well it is Draken Viator
Draken: like Dur-RA-kIN, * "Dur" like 'Duracell' * "RA" like the Egyptian god * "kIN" like friends and family Slur it all together and you get Draken Viator: like Via-tor * "Via" like the Roman 'viaducts' * "tor" like someone just 'tore' you a new one If this doesn't make sense try this: (Media File) A thanks to Zhohar for pointing out Audacity... http://www.tacticalgamer.com/battlef...oundboard.html EDIT: My website is giving me issues so the sound may not work every time, sorry ~ Draken Last edited by DrakenViator; 05-23-2008 at 05:44 PM. |

This thread is genious, thank you for bumping it Takk* xD
My name is pronounced Gah-mee, which is generally what I answer to. DRagon also works but I won't always realize you're talking to me xD EDIT: Changed bumper name <3

Re: The Player Name Pronounciation Thread
I generally use my EmptyWords soldier, and I'm sure that's fairly easy to pronounce, but some people just shorten it to "Empty". Which is fine... I guess.

Re: The Player Name Pronounciation Thread
Pred... as in Prehd, like predator, just without the ator. Or predicament, without the icament. I also answer to T-Bagz, I've been called that alot lately.

Re: The Player Name Pronounciation Thread
Mine is "timusafa", tim -you - sof - a. the ...usafa stands for US Air Force Academy where I wanted to go to college for a long time.
Just call me Tim in game, there aren't many that I've seen so I'll know it's me you're talking to. I'll also respond to "timu" (tim - you).

Re: The Player Name Pronounciation Thread
My name is pronounced like the game Tiddilywinks, but just ad a "wi" after the 2 and no "s" at the end. So its Twi-dil-lee-wink. Get it? Got it? Learn it...

This makes me question TG's foundations, and possibly it's very existence... Has no-one done the nursery rhyme game thing about Cecil the caterpillar...maybe it's an English thing.
