Re: Old Games: How did you get here?

I had a lot of fun playing them. But finding the NeoGeo standup machines took some effort . Samurai Showdown was a great one as well.

Hmm I'm a young 'un so my list is a bit short.

Aladdin
Rayman
Pokemon Blue
Pokemon Yellow
Random GameBoy Colour titles
N64 Goldeneye
A PS2 I forget
Discworld II
Themepark world
And I think that would bring me to 2142 I think

Re: Old Games: How did you get here?

I had a couple of games for my Amiga way back in the day, but I can't recall their names.
Super Mario Bros 3 (NES)
Super Mario World (SNES)
Command & Conquer
Dune 2(000? I forget) -- couldn't ever get over not being able to select multiple units at once
A couple MUDs
A whole bunch of Star Trek MUSHes, and an Ender's Game MOO (ended up admining them)
Diablo II
Starcraft
Age of Empires
Goldeneye (N64)
Super Smash Bros (N64, Gamecube)
Shadow Hearts (PS2)
Halo 1, 2, less of 3
BF1942 demo
Counter-Strike
Half-Life series in general
Dark Age of Camelot (still the best PvP experience in an MMO in my opinion...until WAR comes out )
World of Warcraft (I don't know what I was thinking)
BF2142

I'm sure I'm missing a bunch.

Re: Old Games: How did you get here?

I would be remiss if I didn't also add the following:

Wing Commander series
Mech Warrior series

Now if anyone has not heard of these then they are ether too young or have been sitting playing too many FPS.

Re: Old Games: How did you get here?

Too many games to remember...

Atari 2600: River Raid, Joust, Boxing, Journey Escape , etc.

Nintendo: Most of the classics.

Old PC: Lots of BBS games (Legend of the Red Dragon was my favorite), all those great Sierra and Lucas Arts adventure games (Police Quest, So You Want to be a Hero?, etc.), flight sims, shareware classics, etc.

Super Nintendo: Street Fighter 2, Mario/Zelda, etc.

Sega: All those lame games Sega made that a 12 year old would play.

90's PC: Wolfenstein, Doom series, Duke Nukem, Rainbow Six, Command and Conquer (and most of the big RTS titles), Quake series, Wing Commander, Sim City, etc.

Xbox: Halo series, Wolfenstein, Brute Force, Morrowind, etc.

PC: entire Battlefield series, Half Life I and II, Star Wars Galaxies, World of Warcraft, Warcraft III, Doom III, Battlefront I and II, Rise of Nations, Total War: Rome, FEAR, Oblivion, etc.
