Conflict 2142 is both a mod and a tournament, we are looking for new friendly faces to drop by and check it out. The mod features new maps custom designed as well as maps from BF2, it contains small tweaks for all kits and even a few new vehicles (jets, among others).

On a side note, Draznik, EA made it clear on their website that importing BF2 maps into BF2142 mods is not allowed. http://battlefield.ea.com/battlefiel...&storyid=15501

I watched the trailer it looks pretty cool. Too bad it violates EA's rules for modding :|

Funny story about that actually, they agreed to us using it before they made that clarification and they also cant go back on what they gave us permission to do, did anyone see their clarification about NS? Same with that lol...

Truth is the mod contains no material that is against EA's rules, that stuff is all separate, we generally use our own maps not BF2s, if you don't want to break EA's rules don't download the BF2 maps we have available.
