Password Night, coming (very) soon to a server near you! (password = teamwork)

That's right, 2142 will be be hosting its own password night this Friday!

What does this mean? I'll tell you:

No pubbies wandering in and out
No bunny hoppers!
No intentional TKing!
No fighting commanders!
No Jihad Jeeps!
No UCB camping!
A higher standard of play
Much fun...

But wait, there's more... Since the server will be passworded, you will need to check the forum to find the password. Also plan on being on TeamSpeak, it's not required but it makes for that much more fun! And since this is a passworded night, any rule infractions will result in steeper penalties, but that's not something anyone has to worry about, right?

So, come one, come all for a night of pub free 2142. Invite a trusted friend to see what TG is really all about!

I think you just need to follow the forums and make a note of whatever the password turns out to be. The idea is that only people who register here can attend, but it's still a first come, first serve, not a roster game.

Zho's in, hands down. I love the TG-only nights. The best rounds I've had in game have been when when TG fights against TG: whether on the main conquest server or during an internal scrim.

We will have a strong admin presence this friday to make sure that everyone steps up their teamwork and tactics. We will make sure teams stay fairly even and that everything runs smoothly. TS participation will really build the community, so hop on TS and get to know your fellow gamers.

This sounds like a great idea!
I'd like to say that I'm really pleased with the community (led by / with the help of the admin's) commitment to providing fun and interesting "special events" - whether it's TGITF, Phrosty Phriday, password events or pick-'ems, you guys keep finding new ways for us to more deeply explore what brought us all here in the first place - tactics, teamwork and maturity.

I've a "non supporting" friend who would be interested in this. He doesn't wear our tags but he does want to become a |TG| style player. This invitation extends to him, yes?

But really, I would like this as me and jazy2 do play side by side with 2 p.c's and it would be great fun to join the scrim with you good folks.

But you need to realise im only playing 4 weeks or so, so when you pwn me its not really that big a deal....hehe....but feel free to pwn away.

This night is not exclusive to supporting members. As long as your friend reads our rules and agrees to abide by them, he is welcome to join us.
