My comp can't handle 36+ player games, so what about making that extra server play the 16 player versions for the maps and making it no vehicles as in infantry based when not being used for clan matches. It would emphasize smaller, more squad based movement and tactics than what is usually seen on the chaos that is the normal server.

I believe that you get in trouble for having ranked servers where admins punish players for using vehicles. Is the second server ranked, though?

The second server is ranked and we can not enforce limits on the vehicle usage., only suggest them.

If there is interest in a 16 player server, we'll give it a shot (again).

No no, its not 16 players, its 26 players server with 16 player map. Key difference here, because if its 16 players, there are gonna be 2 players without a full squad, excluding commanders. 26 is the magic number because it allows 4 full squads, 2 on each team, with room for commander. Also, now that I think about it, it's okay to have vehicles on the maps.
