Plus if a hub (Med or Ammo) is placed on it , vehicle is parked on it, or it cannot see the sky (in a building) you cannot spawn or resupply it till it's destroyed.

Just a note on this, a good squad leader communicates with the CO. The CO's orders are not always the best and you have the responsibilty to question those orders should you feel that the CO is not fully aware of your situation.
Example:
The CO instructs you to attack flag A, but you are under heavy attack at flag B. Communicate to the CO that you are under heavy attack and ask them if they are sure about your orders. Sometimes they hit the wrong button, order the wrong squad, or did not realize you immediate situation.
You, the SL, are the eyes and ears on the ground and it is your job to effectivly LEAD your squad and keep you Co informed of battlefield situations.

You are not a mindless individual that just follows orders blindly, use that brain and help your team and CO by thinking about your orders first.

Not saying that Meatwad intedned that to be the case, but I really want SL's to know that they have to think too.

COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!!!
