Guys I want to address something that's been bugging me for months now.
We all love to have fun. aahh.. I think its the reason we play games in the first place, right? But I need to ask everyone here (including myself) to keep threads on topic or atleast on intended content. If someone asks for help, only post replies that are helpful to that player or others that might have the same question. Posting replies that have nothing to do with the question at hand only make it harder to read through and find that post that waas helpful. It also causes others to join in and make nonhelpful posts in reply to yours. How does it look to new players when all we do is goof on questions? We might get a good laugh, but does teh poster feel stupid sometimes? To vetern players, it might look like a stupid question, but guess what, Battlefield 2142 is still sold on the shelves on stores. That means there are new players out there that have to ask them questions to get better. Please are also new to TG. This is a key reason. If your new to TG and all every does is reply goof comments, What idea do they get? Are they going to do the same thing back in other threads? Are they going to go elsewhere maybe because they possibly got offending by goofing on thier question? This doesn't just go for questions. Is the post about a round? Keep all the posts relevant to that threads topic. And more importently, if someone posts a goof that has not a damn thing to do with the topic, don't reply to it(even is disagreement). This'll only premote more off track decussion. Start a new thread or PM. Use your best judgement. I'm not against having fun guys. Please, if you have something funny to say, make a new thread. Pie, pony, goof on admin day, TK Zhohar day, etc. Thanking you all in advance, Eroak
