Re: Pre-round warmup time.
Nice! Getting knifed - one shot, getting defibbed - two.

Back on topic now...
The timer is not 30 seconds now, it has been increased by 30 seconds. In other words, the round start time has gone from 90 seconds to 120 seconds (for those of us that are mathematically challenged, it means the round start timer is now 2 minutes in duration).

Re: Pre-round warmup time.
Every time you die, you must do a shot...........Every time you kill someone, you must do a shot. ANY QUESTIONS?
Oh yeah, if you are defibbed back to life, you must do a shot.

Re: Pre-round warmup time.
WOW, at that rate we will never finish the round or at least no one would remember doing so!

Whoa, there--I'm 5'2" and 138 pounds! I can't hang with the big dogs.
How about we count it in taking drinks, instead?
I'd like to remember rolling an APC completely over due to drinking and driving...

30 more seconds to use the bathroom. Sweet! Now I'll stop flying down the stairs rushing back to my computer. I hurt my head doing that once...

Re: Pre-round warmup time.
this is a great change. it will partially remedy the problem with people waiting around for a certain squad, then joining squads at the last second and missing instructions (i have to admit i'm guilty of this)
is the no-squad kick still set to 90 seconds?

Re: Pre-round warmup time.
Hahahaha oh wow, sc1ence, I think you made my night

And not even for the reasons you think -- the very first TG thread that I read on my brand new, shiny and polished, top-of-the-line PC is the one benefitting me most on my old PC. I had a good laugh at that.
Essentially, instead of a small increase, my planning time as an SL has doubled. This is a welcome change. A big thanks to sc1ence and the rest of the admins.
I'll post here once I get a chance to test this out. I'm still installing drivers.Fight!

Re: Pre-round warmup time.
I like it...it helps to clean house for the A.D.D types, and allows people like me with a slow computer more time to set up and get organized. Many thanks Admins.

Re: Pre-round warmup time.
Good news definitely.
P.S. Drinking age is 18 in England...can I come to the drinking game? I won't even play 2142, I'll just sit at my computer doing shots
