Pre-round warmup time.

We have added 30 seconds to the Pre-game warmup time. We are now at the maximum allowed warmup time of 120 seconds. 30+ seconds of this time is taken up by clients loading the map.

SLs should use this time to organize your squad and communicate with the CO.

Sweet! Another advantage of this is that people that aren't exactly in line with the TG line of thinking might get fed up and leave.

All these people need to do is hop in a proper TG squad and they will quickly realize how important the warmup time is for assigning kits communicating with the CO and organizing your squad.

I like the idea, 30 second isn't too long and many times it could be very helpful.
