Question for those in one of Vortex's squads

The problem with working at a call center in a quality capacity is that I often have an uncontrollable desire to seek out the advice and input of others as to how good or poorly I'm doing. I figure now is as good a time as any to ask:

If you've been in one of my squads, how did I do? Were there any points that stood out as being fantastic? Points that I need to address with my leadership style?

Thanks!

Look for me Vortex, I'll critique from the back seat any time!

You're a great SL Vortex. You have great people skills and you communicate well.

I was in your squad yesterday and you did most everything I would have. (That's not to say that I'm an ideal SL -- just that I can't see your flaws.)

Tips:
Jihad Jeep: It'll blow your doors off. Bunnyhopping: All the dead guys are doing it.
Spawn Camping: It's in tents. Ramming: Don't be sheepish about it.
Suicide: It's a killer tactic.

Terrible, FUBAR beyond belief that being said I glad someone other than me is leading a squad. That way when WE are getting ARE butts kicked I have someone to commiserate with . On a helpful note, don't lock yourself into a single plan. Keep and eye on the mini map. A quick move to another flag, after informing the commander, can save/change a game.

Haha yeah, I'm glad you feel that way, especially the FUBAR part.

I will openly admit that I am very guilty of this sometimes. I need to pull back from the overall plan and modify or change it as needed instead of trying to run it through. So, thank you for your insight on that - and confirming what I suspected!

Good... I was afraid that my excited yelling during Cerbere when we were trying to cap the Church flag might have scared a few of you away. (Of course, I was trying to get everyone on the flag and only three out of five were listening)

Re: Question for those in one of Vortex's squads

I always enjoy being in your squad because the communication is quick and articulate. You can adapt quite well to the changing situation. Now if you just had Z's silky smooth voice..."Gentlemen."

This is the only problem I've seen. Other than that, its always a good time in your squads.

Yes, I'm still searching for a catchphrase like Zhohar. I do admit that Walkers and enemy infantry tend to annoy me greatly. But beyond that? Nothing else.

Re: Question for those in one of Vortex's squads

I'm still searching for a catchphrase

Gentlemen is not so much a catchphrase it's more an elegant (cavalry boots) officer's word for men. I mean we can all call each other gentlemen there's no copyright on it - unless you state explicitly and publicly that you assert your right to use it. Oops too late

In our case it would be used ironically some of the time (clenched jaw)

Suggest WW2 movies for inspiration. Telly Savalas, Ok drop your lollipops gentlemen

This sounds like a caption competition: with a shot of a transport exploding and bodies flying everywhere "Can anyone smell anything burning?"
