A first step you can take is to inform the person that their action or actions are against the server rules and/or our code of conduct. If the person is on your team but in a different squad, ask your SL to pass a message through the commander to the offending person's SL. If the person is on the other team, ask someone in TeamSpeak (if you're in it) if they are on that side and can pass a message. Do not, and I repeat, do NOT tell someone they will be kicked or banned, that will land you in as much or more hot water than the person you are trying to get through to.
