We will be using the MAIN server for the event to make sure we have the most optimal play environment.

DATE AND TIME: Sunday, June 1st 3:00 PM EDT
Players will be required for TeamSpeak roll call 1 hour before the scrim.
Anyone who is not present 30 mins before the scheduled start time will be moved to the bottom of the signup order.

This is a TG internal scrimmage open to Supporting and Non_Supporting members that will take place on Sunday June 1st. This is a "Conquest" Scrimmage.

We will have full tactical planning at http://www.tacticalconflict.com/ We have had precious few of these full scale tactical battles, It is clearly time for another. Traditionally, these battles pit IHS against IHS in fierce combat with major bragging rights on the line. This scrimmage promises to be no different! The official smack talk thread is likely to show up as soon as teams start to be announced.


What not to post:

• "What time will it be in my time zone?" Work it out.
• "It's not fair! I keep getting pushed out by Supporting Members!" Become one.
• "Can you change the date?" No, the date is confirmed.
• "How will you select teams" By keeping in-house squads together first and to assure balanced teams second.
• "I'm on the reserve list. How good are my chances of playing if I show up?" Very, very high. We cannot assure you'll get to play, but there are always drop outs.

Maps: 2 Rounds in Tunis, Tie-breaker in Verdun. Tie based on round victory, not tickets. If PAC and EU each have won a single round at the end of Tunis we will play 1 single round of Verdun to determine the victor. Side will be determined by coinflip.
Prize: Pride and Bragging Rights (until the next one)
Signups end Wednesday May 14th
Teams will be announced on May 15th. Planning should commence at this point.
(late entries may be allowed under extenuating circumstances.)

How to Sign Up
IMPORTANT!
Players who no-show without notice for a scrim will be precluded from participating in the following scrim. Don't let your team mates down! Only sign up if you intend to play all rounds and you must provide at least 24 hours if you need to withdraw.

You must include the following information with your sign-up:

1. In-House Division (Unaffiliated if none).
2. Leadership Abilities and Kit Specialties (Include Vehicles).
3. Kit/Role preferences in order.
4. Do you wish to be considered for CO of one of the teams? Commanders will be responsible for tactical planning and execution of the battle. If you want this role, sign up quickly!

Please reply to this message with the above information if you wish to sign up.

• Players will be signed up on a first-come first-served basis.
• Supporting Members get precedence in the order they sign up, then Non-Supporting Members afterwards. Your SM status at the time of signup determines which list you will be on. Once you post, you cannot become a SM later to work your way up the list.
• You can pull out, but if you reconfirm, you will find yourself at the bottom of the roster.
• You may not hand over your spot to another specific player. Your spot will be given to the next available player.
