is the Voss / Baur worth having

so is the Voss / Baur worth having

been playing on pub servers learning the buttons before making an arse of myself on TG servers and now I can unlock the Voss, but I'm leaning more towards sprint recovery unlock

I've tried the Voss and Baur as pick ups during game but can't get enough time to evaluate them...any advice???

also how hard is it to knife someone, haven't managed it yet.......maybe its me old age and lack of reflexes

I like both the Voss and the Baur depending on situation and mood.

We just had this conversation last week.

Learn with the Baur. Apply your skills with the Voss.

If I were you, I'd pick up the Sprint upgrade before any weapons.

I agree with Takk. You will need that upgrade in any TG lead squad here.

Get the body upgrades then the baur. You should then learn how to use the upgraded weapon key layouts.

The longer you play, the harder it will be to take boring upgrades like sprint etc. You dont slog out days of playing to upgrade a little sprint.

Sprint is one of those unlocks that if you dont take it early, it often becomes the last thing you take.

When you finally take it you realize that you should have unlocked it first.

Having it as an unlock changes your playstyle, unlock it early so you don't have to readjust your playstyle later.

thanks for the advice - sprint upgrade it is for now then - read the link you posted draeh
some liked the Voss some liked the Baur,Razcsak seemed to think the std weapons were superior - maybe it all boils down to playing style / skill level and what you feel comfortable with -- so while i'm still learning I'll follow your leads

    cheers

    good advice
the two unlocks for sprint further and recover faster are important to get early, especially if you join my squad, I move fst when the time is right and I want my squad to be there with me !

I personally don't use the Voss or Baur. Infact, I prefer the pistol with radar grenades. They'll never see it coming.

I'd get the sprint, cause an unlocked weapon isn't gonna do much in an orbital strike, you just gotta runnnnn!

As for knifing, aim for where they're moving, not where they are. And once you knife them, move away, then lunge and knife, repeat till one of you dies.
