EA Account Server
Anyone hear anything about when they are going to fix the damn login server? If I'm not mistaken it's been at least 2 weeks now since it started acting up.
With 2142 it likes to boot me out in the middle of a round which just plain sucks. At least with POE2 it waits until the map is over.

Re: EA Account Server
Its just random for now but has really settled down from where it was. I suspect things will get better as 1.5 gets closer

Re: EA Account Server
Your rate of disconnect is directly linked to your importance at any given time, just like lag. Proceed to a flag without seeing any enemies; no lag or disconnect. Engage in combat; disconnect and lag

Re: EA Account Server
I seem to most frequently get disconnected from EA master server while leading a squad.

Re: EA Account Server
Well EA said they are trying to fix this...
I'm not sure how long this will continue, but my guess at least another week of issues before it all goes away.

Re: EA Account Server
I agree with the disconnect more as SL theory.

Re: EA Account Server
Notice the EA excerpt talked about stat tracking. SLs are constantly earning points through the SMs actions. So, it seems logical to me that the odds of SLs losing the EA connection are far higher than the SMs thus leading to more frequent SL kicks.
This also explains why POE2 users only get kicked at the end of the round. EA has nothing to do with the stats and is only contacted between rounds for the client verification business.
