If someone is disconnected from EA and wants to rejoin thier squad, that's fine.

I was on last night a full squad of |TG| ended up switching over to the loosing side. Yeah I (we) lost by over 100 pts because of the switch, but I still had fun doing it.

Re: "For the love of god, balance the teams!"
Guys, for the most part I don't want anyone switch teams. Now it's ok if you want to join a firend or IHS. But if you want to switch just becasue the other team lost a round. Don't. Why? again this issue resolves itself. Now if it's 3 rounds in a row of 150 ticket blowouts. The top 2 people should switch over. Not the low guys on the scorecard. It's not the bodies but the skill that needs to be diversified. Many players do not think of skill balance and many times it not TG players on the top 2 slots. They don't know to move.
It's a hard call to make and I prefer it if admins made the choice of who switched for the purpose of balance. If we are not there to make that call. Use judgement and TeamSpeak. Tell the others on TS that your changing. Why? So 4 others don't switch with you and now your all stuck on that side.
Do you notice at the start of a round that you have all the flags and no emeny around? Looks like PAC crashed again. Use reports please if this is the case. It needs to be resolved with a restart and there is no way for a morning admin to tell from the console. "REPORTING: PAC team crashing" works perfectly and a admin should restart the round. Don't balance out the teams. Most of these players come back. If they don't for 5 minutes, then feel free to balance it.The soldier formerly known as, Eroak.

Re: "For the love of god, balance the teams!"
Another thing, and it's been a while since this has come up, but you want to balance a team out? Instead of forming one or two full TG squads, spread yourselves out and take up SL roles. You don't have to be the best SL in the world, or you have to do is communicate with your squad and get them listening.
