For those who have been in my squads, probably a couple of you, any criticism so I can improve? Frankly, I think people are crazy trying to follow me but I hate following other crazy leaders so thats why I do it.

I've never been in your squad but I do fight against you as a squad leader....you're the first guy that I try to kill...I've gotten you a couple of times (and you've probably gotten me way more times...hahaha) ....so maybe you should fall back a little and let the rest of your squad do the brute work while you stay back providing cover and direction... other times it takes a squad leader's initiative to break through enemy lines.... I like to switch in between roles depending on how well my squad can handle themselves.

You do fine as a SL, I have been in your squad once but been versus you many times. The only thing I would sudgest is that you change up your MO some, you usualy carry the shottie so you like to be close. When I know your in the area I go around coners with a wide berth.

I usually like being in your Squad - you do many things intuitively right without knowing it.
A) you are hard to kill which gives your squad more punch towards the frontline
B) you know the area and don´t walk into stupid positions that will get you easily killed - meaning your Squadmembers will often have a save spawnpoint
Those 2 points already make for fun rounds. If you could "improve" something it would be an added "Babysitter" mentality. While I might be able to read your "body language" and notice what our squad intends alot of not so experienced people might not.
SLs like Science, Silver or Zohar often go into "explanation mode" in the middle of the game in order to improve their squadmembers personal performance and let them learn something.
