Fall of Berlin UCB
Hello guys, i have accepted in some maps you will get locked down and the only thing to keep doing as a squad to keep it interesting is basically suicide rushes to get by if the other team is good. However, I have also noticed that the fall of berlin's ucb for the attacking team seems to get smaller and smaller. I've seen this several times and it actually gets quite annoying that you're spawn camped either in your base or right outside the base. I think there should be a vertical line drawn from the flag(crossroads) and no one can pass that line cept maybe on the south one more alleyway down just for infantry skirmishes and then back up again. Too many times have I seen people move all the way up in the south and be able to shoot at the uncap or push into the alley directly east of the flag and also been able to spawn camp or camp just outside the uncap. Unfortunately, this was not a one time thing and I have seen tg tagged people do it also. Hopefully, we will allow the attacking team a chance to set up for a run right outside their uncap if their initial couple cloak runs fail.

This conversation has come up before. Briefly, we will not define the boundries of a UCB. We feel that doing so will invite camping of that line and actually degrade play further. Instead we prefer people to use their best judgment when it comes to the UCB boundaries and remember that the game is meant to be enjoyed by everyone, not just them.
When your UCB is being camped like that, please report it via chat AND TeamSpeak if possible. Or, alt tab out and PM or IM an admin if you can. There have been many a round where an admin has actually paused the server, explained how camping the UCB is not acceptable, and then either unpaused the server or restarted the map. I prefer to restart the map...
If you ever see a TG tagged player, or even an untagged regular, on our server and they are spawn camping or otherwise breaking the rules, please please please report them. Post in the contact an admin forum, type a report in squad, team, or global chat, PM an admin, whatever, but please do report them. We do NOT take these type things lightly.
