The squads I form typically take on the moniker "TG Fun". But I have been known to be silly with my squad names sometimes, especially in response to other squad names.

During the Phrosty Phursday, Rage came up with some good names.

I agree with FYAH it signals a tone, if not a generally strategy, that is we are going to win not just get kills on the front line. Therefore, join this squad [SouthD or Command Center] for what may turn out to be little action but a better strategy.

I run with both of you and can say that Zohar does one of the best jobs taking flags or putting out fires [PeacanPie] and FYAH digs in and no one gets by and so you will know there will be fires to put out South of Road Block.

I've also seen everybody rush north or south on Fall of Berlin as soon as the first break happens. SouthD lets the other SL's know that I'm staying South until needed to pull back. As far as useful or helpful I didn't know that was the point. Hero, Nuts, Awesome, etc aren't exactly useful or helpful either, just fun!

Usually I run either just "Oniell" or a CP name. I try to be as useful as I can.

I think I did kill Lorax once that round and he killed me too many to count.

I was in a KILLPROM squad, but then he became our commander so it didn't work the way we planned it.

I just remember the day all the squads were named after the alchohol beverage of choice and at least two of the Squad leaders were actually drunk.

It depends, if it is an open for all squad I will call it: TG
    sometimes I do a learnTG
TG-8th if locked and invites out to other 8th.
I will opt for blinded if it is a squad of solid players.

I've been naming my squads SAAWSALL and CONVOY on the NS maps.
