Re: A dish best served cold ... or between the shoulder blades.
lol, he said walker down and then I hear "NOOOOOO" he's one shot and someone knifed me. My revenge wasn't anyone in particular, but last night, all the times stupid buggy drivers ran me over, I turned into the rampaging buggy and took out a squad moving from Oil Station to Trash Dump on foot, I finally got the road kills pin

Re: A dish best served cold ... or between the shoulder blades.
I thought he saw me coming. I was in a walker earlier today and was the gunner. I killed so many people I got the Clear Skies pin.

Re: A dish best served cold ... or between the shoulder blades.
Theres a few that I can remember but one that really stands out.
It was a Highway Tampa round about 8 months ago. I was working on the Warehouse flag and was hiding just SE of the flag behind some crates when out of no where some player comes up behind me, knifes me then unloads a full clip into me for no apparent reason. Needless to say I was a bit surprised he did that and was eager to repay him. So I spawned at our main base, Sharhr Urmia, and ran for the BTR-20 Yastreb that was parked there. For some reason I had the funny feeling that this player was going to get out of his previous location with all due diligence. So, I kept my eye on the radar for any blips moving out of the Warehouse fast. Low and behold (lol) I see one jeep tear out of there heading west toward some installations. I dug the nose of my BTR-20 down deep and got to his position just as he exited the buggy. I landed the Yastreb hard and fast just inches away form the buggy and I literally missed plowing into this guy by a hair. I jumped out of the BTR-20 and this guy wheeled around and just kind of stood there, I think he was really surprised. We exchanged fire for a second or two but I managed to drop him with my trusty Voss. As a precautionary measure I decided to field test my pistol at that location just to make sure it was fully functional. Happily, I was able to test out a few clips and can report that the the Takao was in good working order.

All I can say is SPANKY! There is no sweater revenger then watching someone take my life,m spanky wastes them and then my squad comes in for the revive. I lay there and laugh every time.
Although there was the time that Prom kept killing me on Shingle, and every time he killed me my squad would decimate him and revive me. I figured that I was the "prom-detector".

Re: A dish best served cold ... or between the shoulder blades.
In all my time playing 2142, I had never recieved it until last week. Playing on cerbere, I joined up with Zhohar's squad and we were stuck at comm center defending. Well, we wanted to make a push, so we decided to jump in the buggy and make a mad dash. Coming down the hill was all clear. Rounded the corner and it looked like a freaking concert line in the street, so I floored it and mowed down 12 people in one fell swoop. 5 seconds later, popped by the walker. 12 kills in 2 seconds is well worth it though.

Re: A dish best served cold ... or between the shoulder blades.
well I know Eroak is upset about being killed three times in stories, but in mine he doesn't end up dead.
I was playing with some 8th guys last night on (*facepalm* the map with the ice wall) anyways, I get nailed in an Arty strike by no other than Eroak. Well I hadn't been able to contribute much to my team except ticket losses for some reason that night so I decided to implement Catman's secret mission Bravo.
I come back Recon with a cloak, have to uncloak by the enemy APC, recloak and go back into enemy lines. There is no one around, I go to get out my RDX (because of course I was going to demo assets :| ) but I only brought my decoy. So I deploy it and go looking for the Eroak. Not wanting to violate any rules I find him with his body half stuck into a building and I start teabagging him. I laugh my ass off and when he stands up I start to run. I found out in teamspeak afterwards that apparently he was trying to knife me, but I was laughing to hard to hear the knife. I cloaked and tried to get away, I died miserably. My plan was actually not carried out, I was going to see if I could take down the commander assets with my knife, but I did not go back and try and I saved my team about three tickets by staying alive and sneaking behind enemy lines.

Re: A dish best served cold ... or between the shoulder blades.
I was more confused then anything. You could have so easly killed me, you didnt destroy any assets, and you teabagged. I wasn't sure what to make of it. It takes some luck to get into PAC UCB on berlin. Then to go in and do that, Thats just downright ballsy. But you had me laughing to.

I guess that's what you do when you realize you didn't bring any RDX.

Re: A dish best served cold ... or between the shoulder blades.
I'd say after getting clipped by Zhohar about 15,000 times yesterday, I finally unloaded a shotgun and managed to drop him.
Of course, then later it was R. Stark and I dancing around each other while we both reloaded (oops)... but of course, I lost that race and went down like a sack of potatoes.
-oh and I don't know if I would call it "revenge" yet, but, I'd say it was a pretty decent slap in the face when Eroak flew off with the transporter I just repaired.

Re: A dish best served cold ... or between the shoulder blades.
Ah..hem. I believe the word you were looking for is skill, "it takes some *skill* to get into PAC UCB on berlin."

That was something I had been rolling around in my head for awhile. I was going to try to take down your assets with my knife after teabagging you, but you noticed me and started shooting. I didn't feel right even taking a shot at you since I was there on a personal "fun" mission. Right or wrong, it was funny.

Re: A dish best served cold ... or between the shoulder blades.
My PAC transport was burning and I know it was lost. I saw your ship out the corner of the window and figured the EU Trans > Burn pile of PAC trans. So I made a quick landing, saw you repairing it and ran fast as I could to nab it. I then giggled like a school girl with her first love letter. Nothing burns me up more when I have a vehicle stolen from me when I'm repairing it. Sorry bud

Re: A dish best served cold ... or between the shoulder blades.
Oh I thought it was hilarious! I was about to take it for myself, and I saw someone was kind of getting ready to take off... but then the engines cut... then back on... then cut... then finally they went on and I'm like "ok well I guess someone on my team got it"... looked at the transporter in my sights and it went red.
I was like "...... ... ...... .... ! HEY!" LMAO. I couldn't get my rockets ready in time, either
