I think it should also be mentioned that LEARN TG squads should not be filled with TGers. I see that alot. It should have maybe 2. The SL and one supporting SM that can demo being a good SM. A few of the ones I run have filled with TG people and maybe 1 pubby guy.

My policy is me plus 2 TG and 3 server visitors, I create the squad and if a 3rd or 4th TG tagged person joins then i ask them to leave to make room for server visitors

the only exception being is, if the squad doesnt fill with visitors then 10 mins into game I let TG people join and stay.

I ran schmuck squads Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Don't know how effective they were, but I saw a lot of new faces.
