Cerbere is great, but I could use a break also. Perhaps instead of completely removing it, we just lessened its presence in the rotation?

And it seems like the titan presents was lessened as well. I think I remember some mention of that on here. I'll agree with everyone else. Just, lets play something else.

We can change the rotation a bit, but bear in mind that it takes quite a bit of work to ensure that the rotation is balanced for both teams. That means removing a bleed map is much harder than it would be to simply replace it with another bleed map. We'll look it over and see what we can do to reduce the number of times Cerbere comes up.

I think a cool change would be to change all the maps to the 16p maps then you can increase the tickets for all of them. A run of a week should be good to freshen up the rotation.

I'd love to see big Tampa back in the rotation. Also, FYI Titan is frustrating right now for PAC gunship pilots, as only one gunship spawns for them compared to 2 for the EU.

Wasn't there a server side patch released for that? My sources aren't exactly reliable, but I was told there was a fix for that. ("that" being the PAC gunship problem)

Yea but those 16 player maps some of them are late in the rotation and 100 tickets with 46 people doesnt last to long so their best at the begining or with a 200 tickets that way everyone doesn't feel bad about one single death.

I say put replace care bear with suez conquest, it requires much more inter-squad coordination!!!! i like it just because it has a flag called trash dump....hahahahahahhahaha

This is due to server crashes as Big-Eye pointed out, and altering the rotation will only make us get tired of the next map thats first in the line up.
What we really need to do is jump back into the map rotation at the same spot after the server crashes - or this will be a neverending problem and the first few maps in the rotation will become quite tiresome very quickly.
Is there a way to do this ?
The best idea is to write some code to pick the next map ( script ). Assign % for how much the map should be played and pick maps randomly. Is there a way to do this ?

Sorry to cause you so much trouble as of late
If it is possible to have the server start at the same spot in the rotation after a crash, as MarthaHyer suggests, I would be more than happy to give it a try and see if that fixes the overplay issue. If not, then as a compromise perhaps we could merely change the starting point of the rotation elsewhere.
For example: If the rotation is normally: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10. Change it every couple of days or so to start a couple of places further down in the rotation and wrap around.
so...
rotation one: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,...
rotation two: 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3,4,5,...
rotation three:7,8,9,10,1,2,,3,4,5,6,7,8,...
That way admins don't have to work extra hard re-balancing the play list all the time, and we don't get stuck on the same map over and over every crash. Just a random thought, in truth it may not be my own I may have overheard it on TS.... Not sure. Also, admittedly I really do not know what it takes to set all of this up so forgive me if it is a lot harder than what I make it out to be in my mind.
