I have sympathy for the idea that ~ 1 in 4 maps should be armour, even though I FAR prefer inf. maps. It's a reasonable sacrifice to make if there are people who enjoy armour-centric maps more than myself.

So I have to wonder what happened to the rotation. Zoraster put together his poll, we got a good idea of what maps people prefer, and several people put together really promising and good rotations that would make the majority of the players happy.

And then it seems that was promptly ignored. My personal highlight was playing Verdun and Suez consecutively - two armor maps that ranked towards the bottom of what our community prefers.

So I hate to be confrontational, but is there any real point to us bothering to post about what we'd like in a rotation? It seems it is ignored in favor of what one or several admins want anyway, and that seems to be armor maps contrary to the communities' wishes.
