Wow hey we got a little "Behind the Banhammer" story up there! Well, at least you're smarter than most models, you beauty queen you

I have to raise my hand "guilty" to Arithea's stick-poking regarding anime-appreciators. But before anyone pegs me as a Japanese Fanboy I should state that I drive a German car

Re: I'm tired and I'm done...
Heard a lot about Trigun, very few eps but very awesome show apparently.
[QUOTE=Eroak;1065174]$$60,000,000,000 man
great series.
My personal fav is Escaflowne (The series, the movie suxors.) Also love Hayao Miyazaki's work.
Haha, good eyes
.
All the Animatrix eps are pretty damn good, I like the pretty crazy visual style of the running one (Record Breaker?? Someting like that) the skating one is cool too...yh they're all pretty awesome.
The 3rd (or 2nd?? I haven't watched in a long time) renaissance ones are pretty damn haunting, cause you can imagine that actually almost happening if we keep going the way we are.
A poem:

Pretty damn awesome, they had it spoken by Federer and Nadal before this year's Wimbledon final as part of the Pre-pre match build-up featurette...I just had to quote some of it.
I think the ban asteroid will be landing here then
. One of the first ever anime's I watched, ah memories
.
Also heard of Escaflowne, but not seen it and I don't know much about it either.
Absolutely, the best anime's comes from manga's that have stories that people already like, and they have that base formula.
Absolutely, Samurai Jack was awesome. Have you seen the Star Wars Clone Wars series (Not movies) they were made by the same people that made Samurai jack and in the same style - pretty damn good.
I haven't actually seen that many animes, Bleach and Naruto (both incompleted) to name 2 and DBZ is just a given. 2 more anyone might want to check out are Oban Star racers and Avatar - Legend of Aang (I believe it's called The Last Airbender in the US) and again both of these I haven't seen all of but they're pretty damn good. I have a huge list of animes I'd like to watch but I just can't be asked to watch animes often, although when I do I just think they're great
.
Anime movies like Ghost in The Shell (1 and 2), Street fighter 2 The Animated Movie (and Alpha), Ninja Scroll and Akira are also pretty awesome.
Anywho anime isn't something I'm really crazy about, I do enjoy it a lot, but it's more a part of my Internet identity wherever I go and it's kinda letting my inner nerd out, but my day-to-day life is probably way different to most people at TG.Anger is a gift - Malcolm X

Re: I'm tired and I'm done...
Heh Galaxy Fralein Yuna was a fun mini series to. God damn that nurse was awesome
I also liked the Nadesico series to. I still need to finish that one.
I have a 02 VW Passat. German blood in me that loves to race. But racing is slow and I tend to fly when I get the chance
My dream car is the YF-22
I was supposed to join the Air force and go career. I have accelarated mathmatics placement, pefect vison, and 135 Lbs on a small frame. You can't get a better pilot profile with this speed junkie. But in the physical, they found out (and myself) that I was diabetic. Wow was I pissed. So I went into computers and took up piloting as a hobbie. While I have no plane myself, after putting in some time at the right places I managed to get into the right areas and meet some owners. Become friends and fly with them. I also kick ass at the local airshow when I hit the sims, but its just not the same :/ Thank Janes ATF game for feeding my desires of planes. Man that sim was great. I've also picked up a rather nice base of general militry history and modern warfare information. It wasn't a hobby, just filling in that hole that I could never serve. The soldier formerly known as, Eroak.

Ah Nadesico... funny as hell. If you like that one, take a look at Full Metal Panic. Big robots, advanced tech, and funny as can be.

Holy threadjack! We could seriously start a TG anime fan club....
Personally I love Hayao Miyazaki's work....the guy's a legend.

I was almost the owner of an 03 GTI 1.8T. I skipped it and bought an 04 Jetta 2.0 because "the Jetta is what I actually wanted". It felt alright when I test drove it.
Two weeks later, I really started regretting my decision.
At least I reduced the possibility of speeding tickets. -but I got into enough trouble with the '98 GTP and the 02 SE-R Spec V I owned...."But way back where I come from, we never mean to bother. We don't like to make our passions other peoples' concern." -Dar Williams
