Observant squad leaders and squad members help, tunnel vision hurts.
How many times have you played Berlin and been the squad that breaks through and caps one or two back flags only to have ZERO support from the rest or you team who, for some crazy reason, continue to throw themselves at crossroads over and over and over again.

There is no excuse for not spotting back flags being taken when you are constantly dieing trying to take crossroads. Full squads get wiped and nobody spots the breakthrough cap behind the enemy......it's unforgivable that someone, not only the SL doesn't point this out.
The bulk of the enemy will be at the first flag of attack, it makes sense to leave them there fighting nobody and spawn your whole team behind the lines. It's not about points, it's about damage! Cap as many flags as possible before they can react.
When you're down, look at the map and report back-flag captures to your SL......ALWAYS!!
