Re: Show Us Your Tips!
An obvious one that I'm surprised hasn't come up yet:
If you're not a medic but the downed teammate is, kit swap and get the revive, no excuses.

Please do this it is helpful to every other member of your team as it displays the targets position on the minimap for your entire team including the commander. Armor is twice as important

I wasn't too sure if it qualified but I guess it did.
Different tip: Grab enemy kits and deploy med/ammo hubs, ect... I've been doing that a lot lately.

Re: Show Us Your Tips!
As a commander, try not to orbital strike your squads. Our game admins take a dim view of commanders who order a squad to attack a flag and drop an orbital on them to rack up a few enemy kills. Especially when the admin was in that squad.

-to add to this, the default key to pick up a kit on the ground is "G". You can do this for any kit on the ground, and can be a good way to try out different kits that might have unlocks you don't yet have. This is how I learned how to fire the Voss/Baur.
My tip:
If you can, throw the Engineer's PDS on armor (FAV, Tank, etc) or better yet: a Gunship or Transport.
Now you have a mobile armor detection system!

Re: Show Us Your Tips!
Don't use the Commo Rose or drop a med hub or do anything that will make your meatshield talk when behind enemy lines. All it takes is some talking for that guy round the corner or anywhere close by to know an enemy is nearby and if you're unlucky they'll have Surround Sound. If you're lucky they'll just take a little while longer to find you and kill you.
Also, only use Camo if you can also use the Decoy (More relevant to TG servers) since IDS's, UAV's and SAT Track's will be plentiful.

Re: Show Us Your Tips!
If you are in medium/close position to the enemy and stuck in a reload cycle, whip out your pistol instead of waiting for the main gun to reload/be lying back in a critical condition hollering for a medic
Reload can wait, enemies don't wait, they shoot

Re: Show Us Your Tips!
Just a small-ish one, but if you're on an armor-centric map, like Suez, Q-spot the enemy gunship whenever you see it. It'll help your own team's gunship and air transports by letting them know where the danger is.

Re: Show Us Your Tips!
1) If you're looking at a squad and they aren't looking at you, get your knife out and kill them that way. Or just drop a nade on their heads and run away. Using your gun will alert them to your presence.
2) PDS/IDS can be placed on underside and in retractable landing gear of APC, FAV, Nekomata.
3) If for any reason you find yourself behind enemy lines without assistance, before you steal the first FAV or walk, put a couple motion mines UNDER the enemy vehicles. Please don't do this to an uncap though, simply out of respect.

I'm guessing you haven't read to rules for the server here, if you plan on playing I would suggest reading these
my tip would be get some friends and shot the guys you flanked and save the knife for a rainy day 1v6 doesn't usually have a good outcome on this server

Re: Show Us Your Tips!
For those without a fancy mouse, make use of the wheel button (as a button rather than scroll). Useful to perhaps assign it to the defib, or another command. I have it so it switches me to position 2 of a vehicle.

I've been doing this for a couple weeks since I often play as support.. the default key is: F
You can find another kit around on dead bodies afterwards.
Oh and for the one who spoked about tossing nades on friendly, DON'T run or jump trying to take out a whole ennemy squad with your single little gun when your teammates are taking them down from far..
