Tactical Gamer University presents: the Battlefield 2142 Support Class basic module.

Class Focus
The chief focus of the class will be convey the mechanics and decision-making processes necessary to properly function within a squad as a Support. (And also how to make sentences sound more important than they really are.)
Topics covered include:
1. Support Unlocks, including NS expansions
2. Support weapons – strengths and weaknesses
2. EMP locks and defenses against it
3. IDS usage and weaknesses
4. Styles of Play, and their corresponding loadouts
5. Situational Awareness as a result of style of play
6. Support's role with regard to friendlies, and capabilities against enemies

Miscellaneous Notes
1. With the larger class size, it is inevitable that the class will run over time. Please plan 1.5 – 2.0 hours for this session, just to be safe. The ideal scenario is 1-1.5 hours, but as the saying goes: planning is indispensable, and plans are useless.
2. Most of the class will be filled with small nuances and tips gained from personal experience – you will be encouraged to share your own tips, styles, and discoveries. This “class” won't be so much a class as a discussion where you can share what you know and call people liars when they tell you something you don't.
3. There are three pre-planned drills, and they're all short and sweet. The majority of the drills will come from the students' questions and ideas. If someone doubts a bit of instruction or finds it interesting, we'll run through it on the spot to make sure everyone gets it and can apply it on the battlefield.
