Non-supporting members are absolutely allowed to sign up and participate. The quoted portion simply means that if the class hits full capacity that supporting members will get preference for available slots. Sorta like getting kicked from the server to provide a slot for a supporting member. However, since we aren't near full yet you don't have anything to worry about.

Alright everyone we have 6 slots remaining for the Basic Infantry course this weekend. But don't forget, generally one or two people always have to skip for one reason or another so keep signing up because there will be an alternates list for any slots that open the day of. I'm not perfect though so I may have put some names in the wrong order, misspelled something, or might have listed you under the wrong SM status. Please PM me with any correction I need to make.
