A boost of morale and teamwork! YAY!
I have noticed that here in Oz teamwork and numbers of players who do teamwork have improved! I have seen some squads called 'teamwork' and it is really awesome. We've also got more conquest variety servers so Yeah, I can do fall of berlin! And tunis and all the cool maps that I like. I don't know what's sparked it but it's awesome. Especially when we start losing again and again, teamwork kicks in to players. I think it's because we're so angry that it's motivated us like a real battle situation. All I have to say is... WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I agree! Last night the server was really good. Good teamwork and skills, even though we got owned a couple rounds! Good times!

Re: A boost of morale and teamwork! YAY!
Yep had some really good rounds last night, most of which I was losing, but still having fun. Best round was my last one during which drennyn, Strikevector, and 3 pubbies were in my squad on Tunis, I am not the best squad leader and we endured a lot of failures early on, but the guys kept following my orders and working as a squad, and eventually we had one successful buggy rush to junkyard, and our squad held it for most of the rest of the round to come back from 190-100 deficit and win it 4-0 (numbers may have varied a bit).
This would not have been possible without some good teamwork, and also a very helpful and talkative commander giving us positive reinforcement the whole time. For example at the initial junkyard push as soon as my guys spawned in, I gave a "commander squad 2 has broken through to junkyard need any assistance you can give", he gave us a quick stat track, we're clear, and bob's your uncle, the round did a 180 after that point!
Never stop fighting until the bitter end!
