    TGU SOP Change, Important! (Please read)

    We Updated the SOP: TGU Training Awards.

    This is a major overhaul of the TGU's award system. This is to reduce the cluter in sigs and not diminish merit of the nomination awards. Please comply to the new SOP by November 22, 2008 or your sig will be removed. There will be more pins added at later dates, we are only rolling out pins that have already been awarded as of November 9th, 2008. These will not be added into the automated Ribbion system when it comes back on-line. These must be manually added. We are in works of a alternative automated system, but it's only on the drawing board at this time.

    I would like to give credit to the all the people who worked for this new system over the past few weeks. Aruncado, for the the 2142 pins and layout, Ferris Beuller for the metallic coloring on all of the pins and the development of pins for PR, and to Eroak for helping get everything ready to role. Thanks Guys!!!! It's truly AWESOME!!!!!
    Whats the Deal with the tiny sig limit?

    Thanks to Arun, Ferris, Smachin, Eroak, and all the wonderful people behind the scenes for making this happen!
    The awards look a lot more professional now. And it emphasizes the worth of ribbons over the pins, which I think is proper.

    Yep, much improved, cuts down on some huge sigs and still allows members to showoff their training regiments. Looks great, thanks to all involved!

    Guys this is truly brilliant idea, very much in line with what a real military would do upon completion of Trade related courses. One Question can we use these url http://www.tacticalsites.com/~eroak/pins/Basic%20S.png to link to when we are putting them in our Signature box or do you recommend that we save the images to our TG photo album or elsewhere. Just noticed that they are in Eroaks folder, will they be moved to a TGU folder in the near future?

    There is no bandwidth limit that I know of. So feel free to link directly. If there is, I'll have Apophis either move them or up the limit. Also feel free to make graphical pastes such as adding them to your main sig's picture to save space or other organized ideas.

    In all seriousness, yes, but keep your sig's dynamic size small. If you want vertical, place it to the right of your main banner.

    There are a few games that are either TBD or not listed. If a TGU award was given from one of those games what icon should be used, or should the ribbon be pulled until further notice?
