Nope. I just casually announced that I had killed Pres.Kennedy.

It was from up in a building, though.

    Re: Nickname

I used to play some online rpgs. I needed to create a character and I thought Spurgeon sounded pretty noble for a knight (just made it up). After a couple of weeks of people telling me I spelled the fish wrong and most folks on Roger Wilco just calling me Spur, I stuck with spur. It kind of works out because I live in the south, have a little bit of redneck to me, and I always had my knight in gear that looked like a cowboy, plus I was able to make what I considered a clever signature image and avatar for the name. I even made one for here when I realized I enjoyed the community and would stick around.

    No.

I dont live in San Francisco - but I am from California

My name used to be [BazookaBros]cannonfodder, until I got inducted into the BuxomBombshells

When you get inducted they hand you a new name to go with the clan tag ( . Y . ) The name they give you is of a .. you guessed it .. a buxom bombshell from the 30's ~ 60's ( world war II era primarily ) Im not gonna explain the reason the clan made that the theme since its on the website if you really want to read about it.

So anyway, thats the reason I am named Martha and why Drennyn sounds like a girl when he talks.

    Re: Nickname

Wow...according to the FAQ's page, the BuxomBombshells server has a mod that allows "llamaing." I'm just morbidly curious.

As for Arithea--I've used this a couple of times. It's just a random name I came up with a while back. Be glad I didn't use my normal FPS handle (Rathloriel)--it's even harder to pronounce.

Props if you know where that one comes from...

    Talking Re: Nickname

Flummer... My first gamer name, the first name i ever thought off when i got an internet conection for my computor. its and easy name, easy to pronounce, easy to spell, and still no one ever thought about it.
the thing i love about my name the most is that most people underrestimate me, and that usually leads to that they get knifed. or killed in other violent ways depending on the game played.

Hang on. Does that mean that if I create a new soldier named Helpless_Elderly_Nun that I should be pretty safe on the field?

Could be a tactic worth of thought. I can just see it.

"Oh kind sir, could you help me through this pesky toll stalemate. My legs einīt so good nowadays."

"Why certainly sister. Iīll just guide you trough these annoying APM:s and sentry guns."

    "Aw, thank you young man."

[pulls knife out, stab the friendly bloke. Drops decoy, turns on cloak and runs like a sprinter towards ruins].

My nick derives from my real name. Something that some of friends came up with a couple of years ago. I use it because itīs close enough my real name for me to recognize and people seem to pronounce it correctly.

    Post Re: Nickname

Mine, you ask? Mine comes from my name. It also represents my past.

Ignore the 82. I chose to use Besiege here because of my life-- besieg(d)... For a long time in my life I went through hell, metaphorically speaking. I became diagnosed with epilepsy, then I was abandoned and (physically) attacked by people who I blindly thought as friends, I found out that my school withheld information the state requires them to give to students with disabilities, I tore my rotators cuffs (they still are torn), and to top it all off, I had a doctor who documented his view of a non-dosage ceiling for the medication I had used. In fact, I have lost some of the sharpness of mind over some the 'things' that went on in my past.

I go on into my past in more detail, but my idea should be understood. There are things that I do that may annoy or bother some of you, but what you know nothing of, is why or where that tiny irritant comes from. I have trouble being light hearted: in fact that quote, by Axis, in my signature shows how uptight I can be. Some here have seen me in my austere and quiet moments, but that is how I am normally. Some of the ways I act on the servers might bother some, but that comes from them and from my lack of sensitivity to see other' preferences and honor them. You find it odd, but I have trouble here with the way I treat others. If it were not for a certain few, I probably would have been gone soon after CingularDuality punished me... So, again, I chose my name as a way to both represent my true full name and the problems I have had since I was much younger.

Sounds like an angel name, but I think it is from Tolkien.
