Good for you. I try to let mine grow out enough so that when I get it cut, I can have them hack off the requisite ten inches and send it to Locks of Love. Of course, that's nothing compared to a friend of mine, who has incredibly thick, gorgeous red hair and donates hers every couple of years, as well. I'm sure she's made more than one cancer patient very happy by doing so.
