If you click on your "User CP" you will see on the left panel there you will see where you can add pictures.

Let me say first that I tried to find one of me that I wasn't in a drunken stuper in, but that didn't work... People need to start carrying cameras more when they are sober. So instead you get this one, which in my opinion displays not only me, but also my personality!!!!
