Re: The Oracle: Ask Lyra A Question !
On your recent / Ancient Titan Gameplay video, how best is it to stop someone using RDX to defend a console?
At the doorway to the corridor blowing it up with your own RDX, engineer defuser, or one person as bait and then a rush with revives works well.
At the console itself the RDXer doesn't need much time to replace his RDX. I remember encountering this on other servers and I think I threw my own RDX back to get him. Or perhaps rockets or grenades the moment they move to replace it?

Re: The Oracle: Ask Lyra A Question !
Oracle,
At the end of the round you see your score and the screen gives your total career points earnt in that round. In the box where the away bonus also appears, you see a 'commander bonus score'. What IS the commander bonus score? It does not match your commander's score, nor the combined commanders' scores, so what does it relate to?
Cheers!

Re: The Oracle: Ask Lyra A Question !
It releats to the commander bonsu points. They pop up on the commander screen when you get them
You easily get alot for:
- 1 Heal
- 1 Repair
- 1 Resupply
Out of a Supply Crate. A single crate can give you tons of bonus points. I also think if you manually spot an enemy and someone kills him you get +1 Bonus points.

Re: The Oracle: Ask Lyra A Question !
ah okay. So the commander bonus points do not count towards the commander score from the game, but to their career points tally?

Lyra, I got this funny pain in my right arm just below my elbow! Can you help me? Doctor says its becasue I play too many computer games!
Can i ask what is the best sitting position when playing bf2142? Should I change my drum stool for an office chair? Is it some kind of BF2142 repetitive strain injury? Should I take break after every 15th hour of gameplay? Should I stop using the Baur and change to sniper rifle for a bit?

Re: The Oracle: Ask Lyra A Question !
Thatīs a hard one.
I found an explanation from BF2 tho. Might be same or similar:
Double when you win of courseThe basic definition is, that you get the average of all score of all of your teammembers while you are commander. As an easy example. If your team is 10 people, and they all togehter made 200 points, your score would be 20 points (200/10=20). If you get to be commander in the middle of the game, it will only count the score they made during your time as commander.
Uhhuuu... you gonna sue me for a wrong advice right?
Basically ask your mom. And EVERYTHING she says is right even if you donīt believe it!

Re: The Oracle: Ask Lyra A Question !
Hey Lyra,
Concerning the leaderboard: Looking at the rankings for weapons, "Kills" is obvious, but do deaths mean deaths when using that weapon or deaths from it?
(there is one guy on my list that has a 1640-2250 k/d on my buddies list for knife :P )

Re: The Oracle: Ask Lyra A Question !
Ya the K/D on weapons is how many you killed divided by how many times you got killed by that particular weapon.
