Re: The Oracle: Ask Lyra A Question !
Hey hey hey my first real question!
Oh lyra,
So if I have a very high ping (let's just say between 100 and 250), does that mean that it is harder for me to hit someone else (with a low ping), or is it harder for someone else (with a low ping) to hit me? Or, all of the above?

Re: The Oracle: Ask Lyra A Question !
Lyra, if you're in a gunship being chased by SAAW's, but have no choice but to fly high, what action do you take to avoid being hit?

Both. With pings above 170 it gets really hard to hit people. Also will you often get the "double zoom in". On the other side you seem to get harder to hit at the same time but not in an extreme way. Just a bit.

Pray
Seriously tho there seem to be ways to glitch out your Gunship stabilisation to make very odd and unexpected turns. That might work against SAWWs.

PAC on Infantry Maps

The Sudnik has less spread than the Mitchell and the Nekomata is more manoeuvrable than the Tiger, right?

EU gunship > PAC gunship. EU transport > PAC transport. EU walker > PAC walker. The Tiger can hold against the Nekomata well. I also like the EU APC more than the PAC apc. Of course I may be wrong, so lets wait for the Oracle to confirm/deny

Re: The Oracle: Ask Lyra A Question !
O' Great Oracle, I asked one of your compatriots if I should submit my question to you and they responded "definitely", so here goes.
Is there any way to know which number the different items will appear? I find that a Defib + Smoke puts the Defib on 5 but when I get a squad unlock for the shotty and replace my smoke the Defib is sometimes on 6, the shotty sometimes on 6? Does the position on the paper doll, left or right box, correspond with either number or is it just completely @$#%@# random?

An IDS and a Turrent work in totally different universes of the Netbat. A turrent "spots" an enemy. The same way a Q spot or Otus would. The IDS works in the UAV department.

As mentioned before it depends if you use the Unlock Rifles (Baur/Voss) or the Standart Rifles (Krylove/Scar). The 5 and 6 keys for the attachments get switched around depending on which you use.

Oh, that explains it. I'm still messing with the VOSS vs. Krylov/SCAR. Don't have the Baur unlocked. I always seem to notice it when I have the Krylov/SCAR but with the VOSS all is fine.

Re: The Oracle: Ask Lyra A Question !
Lyra, you wouldn't happen to know how long a kit stays on the floor before it disappears would you?

Out of the back of my mind IŽd say 1 minute.
In the past I often kept 2 kits alive by switching them out every so often. Like in Titan vents.... be medic and support at the same time
About 1 minute seems right for me. Not like you could actually go into a server and test that yourself, right?

But this also applies to nearly every other question on this thread...
